About us – BREICIS<\/h1>\n

BREICIS is a company that specializes in tax services: tax structuring projects, tax issues, business evaluation, including assessment of non-tangible properties, drawing up transfer price documents. We have developed a strong network of cooperation partners in such industries as provision of finance services (finance planning, calculation of profitability, and others), provision of every day accounting services<\/a>, review and audit services.<\/p>\n

Every assignment is carried out only by a professional, who has an appropriate experience. The prices of the services are commensurate to the service provided, and are agreed upon before taking on the job. We are characterized by individual approach in cooperation with clients. This is why throughout these years we have created long-term cooperation with our clients in both tax area, and within specific projects.<\/p>\n

Employees with long-term experience in tax consultation are employed in the company. Within the Baltic States, we have established a close cooperation with partners in Estonia and Lithuania, and we have established successful cooperation with partners in other countries within international projects. Our partners have work experience in both \u201cBIG4\u201d companies, and tax administration, and during these years their experience has been proven in projects of various scales.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Art\u016brs has experience of over 15 years of work in tax service departments in auditor companies of the big four, such as: PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. Art\u016brs has led a chain of international tax planning projects. Since 2004 he governs a transfer price practice, which at first was mastered during in-service training in the Hungarian office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.<\/p>\n

Art\u016brs has specialized in tax structuring projects, business evaluation projects, drawing up transfer price documents, direct and international taxes, commercial rights issues. Art\u016brs has an outstanding experience in representing client’s interests in SRS and courts, regarding transfer price and other tax issues.<\/p>\n

Since 2012 Art\u016brs Breicis leads his own tax consultation practice, within which a long-term cooperation with both Latvian and foreign companies has developed.<\/p>\n

Art\u016brs is the member of Latvian Tax Consultants Association and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA<\/a>).<\/p>\n
