It is an essential contract used in <a href=\"https:\/\/breicis.com\/en\/mergers-and-acquisitions-in-latvia\/\">mergers and acquisitions<\/a> and other transactions in which ownership of shares is transferred from one party (the Seller) to another (the Buyer).<\/p>\n<p>The contract is prepared for the conclusion of a contract between a private person and a legal entity. Compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Commercial Code.
