TERMS OF PURCHASE
Please read the following Terms of Purchase before using the website and the e-shop www.breicis.com:
1. General provisions.
1.1. In accordance with these regulations, SIA Breicis, unified registration number 40203009451, legal address Rīga, Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 118, LV-101 (hereinafter – the Seller), sells services located on the website www.breicis.com (hereinafter – E-shop) providing available content and provide services in accordance with these terms. The buyer has the opportunity to purchase services according to the assortment, which are indicated in the E-store section and place an order (hereinafter – order).
1.2. By making a purchase in the E-store and agreeing to these terms, the buyer confirms that he is an able-bodied person and has provided the data necessary for the performance of the contract as true. If the buyer is a legal person, it shall be handled by a duly authorized person.
1.3. If the buyer orders and buys the services offered in the E-store, it is considered that the buyer has read and unreservedly agrees with these terms, as well as the terms of the distance contract and undertakes to comply with them.
1.4. A distance agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement) is concluded between the Seller and the buyer, who places an order and makes a purchase in the E-store. The Agreement enters into force at the moment when the Buyer has placed the order by means of distance communication and has received confirmation from the Seller about the order placed by e-mail or telephone. The order and the acknowledgment of receipt shall be deemed to have been received when they can be accessed by the person to whom they are addressed. The contract is valid until its performance, i. until the delivery of the order goods. The agreement applies to all orders and purchases made in the E-store.
1.5. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change and supplement the terms and conditions by publishing them in the section “CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE”. The buyer is subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering the goods and services.
2. Assortment of goods.
2.1. The buyer can buy goods placed in the E-store. The goods can be purchased while they are in the E-store.
2.2. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the product range and change the product specifications at any time without notice.
3. Prices.
3.1. In the e-shop all prices of goods are indicated in euros (€), applying value added tax. The offered prices are valid at the time of ordering. By confirming the order in accordance with the order form or form, the buyer agrees to pay the price of the valid product.
3.2. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the prices of goods, set a special price for goods and services at any time without notice. Goods and services are sold at prices that are valid at the time of ordering goods and services and are published in the E-store. If, due to technical reasons, inappropriate or incorrect prices of goods are published on the Internet, the Seller shall inform the Buyer that due to technical reasons the order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time.
4. Order fulfillment and payments.
4.1. You can place an order in the E-store using the link: www.breicis.com. To find the desired product, you can use the product finder or use the store category menu.

5. Use and quality of the service.
5.1. The buyer is obliged to use the offered services only in accordance with the characteristics of the product and the intended use.
5.2. The product display in the E-store is for information only and may vary in nature. The seller does not guarantee the conformity of the product to any wishes or purposes of use of the buyer.
5.3. Complaints regarding the compliance of the product with the terms of the contract are resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
5.4. The buyer has the right to file claims for defects in the service, product, or non-compliance by phone +371 29274911 or by writing to info@breicis.com. The seller is obliged to provide the buyer with a response within three working days of receiving the buyer’s claim.
6. Other provisions.
6.1. The Buyer agrees to the processing of his / her personal data specified in the registration, order and / or obtained using the E-shop for the purposes of order (contract) execution, including transfer to third parties for security of supply, payment processing. The seller has the right to transfer to third parties the right to recover the debt arising from the purchase, if any, the data on the buyer’s debt for the purpose of recovery.
6.2. The e-shop website uses cookies. By using this website, the buyer agrees to the use of cookies for performance / analytical purposes.
6.3. The Seller shall not be liable for any expenses, losses or losses that may arise as a result of the use of the information provided in the E-Store or because the E-Store is unavailable for any reason or its operation has been disrupted or interrupted.
6.4. Seller assumes no risk or responsibility if Buyer is unfamiliar with or partially aware of this Privacy Policy.
