By entering into an employment contract, the employee undertakes to perform a specific job, subject to a set work routine, and the employer to pay the agreed salary, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions.
The employment contract is concluded between the employer and the employee and employer (natural person) on taking up employment.
The employment is drafted on the basis of the Labour law in two languages – Latvian and English.
