Apraksts

Transportlīdzekļa patapinājuma līguma paraugs var tikt izmantots slēdzot līgumu starp fiziskām un juridiskām personām, ir sastādīts, ņemot vērā Latvijas Republikas Civillikums Saistību tiesību daļā noteiktās prasības. Transportlīdzekļa patapinājuma līgums aptver:

  • Līdzējus;
  • Līguma priekšmetu,
  • Patapinātāja un Patapinājuma ņēmēja pienākumus;
  • Patapinājuma mērķi;
  • Saistību izpildi;
  • Ceļazīmi vieglajam automobīlim.

abi kopā vai katrs atsevišķi, turpmāk – Puses vai Puse, bez maldiem, viltus vai spaidiem noslēdz sekojošo līgumu: together or severally, hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” or “Party”, enter into the following contract without deceit, fraud or fraudulent inducement:
1.    Patapinātājs patapina, bet Patapinājuma ņēmējs pieņem Patapinājuma devējam piederošo transportlīdzekli: /automašīnas marka, modelis/ ar valsts reģistrācijas numuru _______, izlaiduma gads ____, krāsa: ______, motora tilpums ___, degvielas tips: /benzīns/dīzeļdegviela/, turpmāk – Transportlīdzeklis, kuras tehniskais stāvoklis uz līguma slēgšanas brīdi Patapinājuma ņēmējam ir zināms. 1.    The Lender lends and the Borrower accepts the following vehicle belonging to the Lender: /make, model of car/ with national registration number _______, year of issue ____, colour: ______, engine capacity ___, fuel type: /petrol/diesel/, hereinafter – the Vehicle, the technical condition of which is known to the Borrower at the time of conclusion of the Agreement.
